I used these on Bunk beds and they worked fine. I had called to talk to a rep and they said that it would not work on bunk beds , but it does great. However, the instructions
were not clear and one of the pieces was bent and we had to bend it back. Overall , it is what i wanted and it works fine, even on bunk beds

Trying to put it togther. I could not put it togther. The mess was to short for the poles when I was trying to putit together. I could not send it back because I really need it. So I had to take off the sides in order to put the rest of the product together. Then I thought it would be able to connnect to the one my son already have and it dose not. My son's frist bed rail and it did not. it was to smal and it would not slide down on it. My son wanted a small rail so he could see tv.

I had no trouble putting it together but it does not fit the older model! The anchors on the main frame are too big to fit in these tubes, even after I wrenched the black plastic caps off.

I was ripped off! The bottom part which hold the rail up was not sent to me.

Works great, I guess I didn't read the part about being stationary but it gets the job done!

I purchased 2 extra long rails but did not realize I had to buy the brackets seperately. They have been sitting in my living room without any use since last month. I finally got a chance to look for the brackets on onestepahead website, but I had no luck. I don't only feel like I wasted my money but also, my kids still can't sleep in their new bad.

We use this product for out three year old son. It was so easy to set up and it is safe and secure.

The video makes it look like it is a snap to intstall; not so. Not overly difficult, but not as quick and easy at shown. The side that slides under the mattress hangs up and takes some manuevering to get into place too. Once the sides are up I believe it does serve its purpose of keeping our toddler from rolling out (and he's an active sleeper). So overall, for training purpose I think it was worth the purchase.

Not even worth returning end up donating it and buying new railings at another Store.. While trying to assemble material was tearing didn't even get to fully assembble it afraid it will completely tear becaming useless. Hopefully someone else will have better luck assembling it.

This is a great product but assembly was difficult and definitely not a one-person job. Don't follow the assembly instructions - put the bottom bar in before the middle one. That's the only way it actually will work!

Step #5 on the instructions for assembling this product are virutally impossible. The instructions on the main side rail were beyond useless with diagrams that were a joke to say the least...but at least eventually the parts would actually fit together. But when it came to the extra side rail, I cannot fit the spring rails into the U shape clamps to save my life. I have read and re-read the instructions which is nothing more than a couple of sentences, and am doing exactly what it says. I am finally giving up because I'm afraid if I strain anymore I'm going to have a miscarriage. This is ridiculous. I don't know if the product itself is great as a side rail because I can't even get the thing together in order to put it on a bed.
