I really love how these edges complete the look of the mat we created using the ABC set & Numbers set. I'm so glad we purchased these; they are definitely a must have for a polished look.

Definite must to cover the puzzle pieces on the sides. My 9 month old would pick at the ones that were not covered by these, so I'm glad I got them all around the edges. Highly recommend getting the corner pieces too to make it a nice rounded finish.

Only thing I was a bit disappointed in (and it's just my colorful taste), but when I purchased them, I noticed that I didn't get one of each color in the 4 piece set. I would maybe get 2 orange and 2 purple in one, and then in another I would get 2 green and maybe 1 blue or yellow. Just wish they would do one of each color as a set so it's more colorful.

At first I had the mat without the borders and then I went to my friend's house who had them. It made the look of the mat more complete. I ordered them immediately and love the look. The mat is great. Very easy to clean. I even have gone over it with a steamer and it was fine. It is soft and colorful. No smell to it either.

These are great for the borders of the puzzle pieces so the nobs don't get ripped off or bent. I use these over a wood floor in a play area set up for my 9mth old. The only thing I don't like is that they are not available as straight edges because I have the mat pushed against the wall to protect the floor and there are still places drool or other things could get caught between the mat and the wall. Otherwise I think they serve their purpose well.

We use this to pad our hardwood floors and make a colorful romper room for our toddler and infant. Noticeably more comfortable than thinner brands. Our toddler likes to take out/replace the letters and tumbling. The edge-piece and corner sets make for an appealing display. Note: puzzle play mats from different brands are not compatible. Besides the alphabet set, we also purchased numbers, shapes, solid colors, edges and outside corners. My only wish for improvement on this product is if there was an inside corner set like the hardwood-patterned foam set.

The first time I purchased this product, the pieces fit perfectly around the puzzle mat pieces. I decided to add to our set so I needed more edge pieces as well. This time the edges do not fit well with each other or with the foam squares. There are big gaps between the pieces which don't look pleasing, but I guess it's still more appealing to the eye than the unfinished edges would have looked. I guess. I was totally happy with my original purchase and now I am slightly less so.

Great way to finish off the mat! My only complaint is that I wish these were sloped like a ramp leading up to the mat. But overall a great product

Given how well the 26 piece and 10 piece mat set fit together I was thoroughly disappointed with the fit of these edge pieces - not close to the quality of fit of the squares. Also it would have been nice to be able to choose the colours, and I agree with another reviewer who felt these should be included with the mat sets. It is really not an option to set up the mat without some form of edging to it. Wavy edge is pretty and just completes the mat.

Great item to.finish.off the edges of the playmats, however I would have preferred straight.edges. The wavy edges make for uneven footing.
