My 9mo old loves these tiles. He loves the unique textures for each color like the blue tiles have ripples and the purple have little circles. I love that it doesn't hurt my baby when he hits his head after rolling over or slipping while crawling. The only problems I have are that although I ordered two, I feel like it doesn't cover enough space and it took a long time to ship.

My granddaughter is just starting to crawl and these help her "get a grip" so she isn't always moving backwards. I just ordered the alphabet mats for her.

I use these mats in a church nursery. They are highly durable and washable. Our last set lasted over 3 years and was cleaned after every use with a swiffer wetjet. Even then, it was only the red tiles that deteriorated. The colors are bright and there are no small pieces for the children to dismantle. (I made the mistake of buying the alphabet version last time and ended up glueing the letters in the mats) You can find them cheaper but they wont as thick or have the same weight. I have purchased and returned several such sets.

I searched quite a few items before purchasing this set. Factors that went into my purchase: thickness, easy to clean, floor coverage, qty of pieces, color. At first I thought I purchased all one color, blue, but when I received them it was six colors; at first disappointed, but got over it quickly because I thought the baby may like the bright colors. These pieces are pretty thick and I actually like that I can make them into whatever shape I want, rectangle or square. I bought two sets because I was not sure how big I wanted it to be. Working out so far; we have wood floors and baby is six months and needed something to play on. Appears to be water proof as long as you wipe it up right away. Did not smell as bad as other reviewers said. I am able to pick up the whole assembly and place it against the wall out of the way when not in use (chair holding it in place) and put it down again without pieces coming apart.

The perfect thickness and usable for all ages! This has held up to our high expectations. I would recommend for a baby getting ready to crawl.

I needed something portable and light for my kindergarteners to carry and sit on during all-school assemblies. These work perfectly!

Recently we got woood floors so I got this to help protect my infant daughter who was just learning to sit by herself. It has helped and she loves to play on the floor now. :)

I thought it would be thicker. I have hardwood floors and I wanted a little padding for my son, who is just learning to sit up and will be crawling soon. I would have tried to find others if I had known they we're this thin. I guess they Were an ok price compared to other websites, but I still think [$] is expensive for foam. I bought 2 packs bc 1 would not be enough coverage for a mobile baby. He does like the textures thou.

Excellent Play Matt - Easy to install and to keep clean. I Have solid, letters, numbers and shapes all together and it looks Great - Buy the edges and corner pieces too - it makes it look complete.
