Slide not so good

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My son likes this toy but the slide is not connected, which is how it looks in the picture. It doesn't even fit snug in the opening. Therefore, when he climbs on the slide it moves in and out of the ball pit. This then allows all the balls to roll out of the ball pit and all the balls get stuck under the slide. I am constantly placing the balls back in the ball pit and trying to find a way to keep the slide secured. I even attempted duck taping the slide down, this did not work. I agree with the other comment, you need more balls. I have 200 and would like to buy another pack. Finally, the window on the other side could be a little scary if you have younger children who will want to play too. My 12-month old likes to climb out the window head first, so now I have a pillow under by the window. This is a toy I feel the children should be able to enjoy themselves, but they really need adult assistance due to the slide.

Lots of fun!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Our 21-month old son loves this ball pit. We had two very small ones before and he liked to roll around in the balls, but there wasn't anything else for him to do. He goes from side to side, inside and outside playing with all of the features. Sometimes as they were meant to be played with and sometimes in his own creative way. This item is HUGE, so make sure you pay attention to the measurements. You will also need a LOT of balls. It comes with 100 and the picture says it is shown with 200, but they must have pushed them all to one side. I have 350 balls in this and they do not even completely cover the floor. But it is still LOTS of fun.
