Difficult to turn and doesn't make a lot

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Leaps and Bounds Response: Thank you for your feedback. We tested this item again and found it very easy to operate. Make sure you put in bubble bath liquid or any liquid soap will do in the Bubble Beaters opening. Then start turning the Bubble Beaters knob and bubbles will come out. If it still does not work, you may have a defective one and then please contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
