if your kids are like mine, they have already colored it and smashed one side down

This toy chest is good. Not as good as expected (certainly not for the price), but it works. The only real negative is the personalization. All they do is slap some STICKERS on the front of the items. Mine arrived completely crooked, and my 18 mo peeled them off in the first day. Cheap and disappointing. [...] So toy chest [...] 4 stars. Personalization: 1/2 star.

Love this toy box!!! No assembly required; it literally pops open, lid and all, when you take it out of the package. It is spacious, without being too large for a playroom or living room, and the colors are great. The fabric seems to be super durable and it is so nice to not have to worry about scratches or bumps on the head like you would with wooden toy boxes. I just ordered three of them and I am considering ordering one more!

I love this toybox because it fits in well with our decor in the main portion of our house. It fits tons of toys easily to get them out of sight when kids are in bed. My two get in and out constantly with the toys, so the seam ripped after a while, but I wouldn't consider that a manufacturer problem...it has been used and abused around here! I fixed it up, and it is still a great toybox!

I love the size of this. A little pricey, so at first, I ordered just one, (because I was skeptical) but once it arrived and I put it in my son's room- I ordered another for my daughter. It isn't strong enough to sit on, but it wasn't designed for that. If you want a place to toss the toys, it is great! Considering one for the living room too.

I liked the look of this for our living room because it doesn't look like a "kid toy box"- no primary colors! And we have the matching bookshelf. So I was excited to order this, and had no problem spending the money IF it met our needs.And yes, my son can sit on it, but IF we put toys actually INSIDE (what a concept for a toy box!) the front, which isn't reinforced like the sides, bulges out like a pregnant belly and you cannot close the lid. I leave it open during the day because up and down and not fitting anyway is too much of a problem, so I folded the lid to the back. But to cover it up after bedtime is a chore because the contents push the front out so much. And he's not storing bricks in there, just normal plastic toys.I wouldn't by this again, that's for sure, and I've been happy with most things I've bought (1/2 the catalog) from OSA. It's not worth my time, effort [...]to send it back, but I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

I just wanted to let everyone know I originally wrote a bad review on this collapsible toy box because the sides were bent over but[...] and I just received my new one and I STILL love it!

I love this toy box - it is sturdy and very spacious. I wish it had the mesh toy bags attached to the outside like the brightly colored ones, but the neutral color is perfect for out living room. We also got the sling bookshelf and they look great together. I didn't get the monogram - not a fan of the iron-on letters . . .

Finally a solution for my son's large train collection! We have a bin organizer but it seemed like all the bins were filled with trains, tracks and buildings.
It's nice to keep a whole collection perfectly stored in this trunk.
The personalization looks great. The typeface is different than in the example (even better/less "bubbly"/"chunky").
It's very sturdy, even my 150lbs can sit on it!
There is an initial chemical smell(the bottom is lined with vinyl). My son also noticed but after a couple days of "off-gassing" with the lid open, it has gone away.

I got this for my 11 month old daughter, I wanted a toy box that she could open and close without having to worry about her hurting her hands on a lid or falling and hitting her head on it. This toy box is soft so she can't get hurt on it, but it is also sturdy and holds LOTS of toys. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.

I would definetly recommend this toy box. The color blends nicely in our living room and it holds a lot of toys. We have liked them so much that we now own three of them.

I used this in my living room to hold my two year old sons toys but less than a year of having it the sides began to fold over and now it doesn't close properly and it sticks out... it can get very dirty quickly especially with having a little boy. I wish it were more durable because I love it.
