My son doesn't always take his pacifier so it's nice have a little stuffed animal for him to hold onto also while he's learning to use his hands. It stays on his chest when he spits it out.

I've had 3 wubbanubs since my son was born. I've had to order 2 more since I've lost the others or are wearing out. My son is 15m old and still uses them. Even though they are from 0-6m, my son won't take the thicker yellow soothie pacifers, so he still uses the green soothies. We have the single soothies too for when he sleeps. The Wubbanubs are great in the car or out and about because if it drops it doesnt go far because of the animal on it. I highly recommend this item. Thankfully my son starting using these pacifiers when he got one at birth from the hospital. My only negative comment on these is that they should make them so you can change the pacifer out and insert a new one or be able to substitute the pacifers made for children with teeth. Since we use so many soothies at once, they have not worn out in 15m.

I actually bought two of these from somewhere else, and they are adorable. At 3 months old, my daughter kept playing with it and pulling it out, so I stopped using them for a little while until she was old enough (6 months) to understand the concept of "If I pull on it, it will come out." It's easy for her to grab, so if it does fall out, she can easily put it back in her mouth herself. And it's also a great companion and comfort item.

This has been a lifesaver. I wish I had bought it sooner... I got it when my little guy was 5 months and he immediately loved it. He is almost one now and it goes everywhere with us. I especially love it at night, when he wants his binky this is much easier for him to find! To keep it clean, I wash the binky part daily or as needed and I wash the entire thing in a pillowcase in the washer once a week (or as needed).

Although I havent purchased this bear Wubanub, I do have another one with a dog instead of the bear and it was a lifesaver. My little boy could not keep his binky in his mouth for anything when he was little. This was the perfect solution. You don't want a clip a a young age because you don't want the cord that could potentially wrap around their neck. The little bear/dog is the perfect weight to rest on their chest and keep the binky in their mouth. My little boy is one now and he still carries his wubanub around, more as a toy now, but he still loves it! Everywhere we would go wtih it people would always ask where we got it!
