I ordered this because my milk production was low and I wanted to be sure my baby got every possible drop! I used it at every feeding for a while, but now only my first morning feeding, since I don't really leak anymore during daytime feedings. It has been great in helping me cut down on the amount of formula I have to supplement with- it usually catches about 3/4 oz!

Only con is that it is HUGE and somewhat uncomfortable. When you tuck it into your bra (as the directions say) it squishes your nipple up against the hard plastic. With already chafed nipples, this is not pleasant. But, I just stick a pacifier in the top to keep it more wedged open, and then it's perfect!

I almost didn't buy this product because of the poor review, but I am very glad I did. I have used it for the past few days and have already accumulated enough milk for 2 feedings of my daughter. I was suprised at how big it was when it came in, but it works great under a nursing tank - I use the Le Leche League nursing tanks. I am not sure how well it will fit under a bra though...I will have to try soon. The only con I have found for this product, is you have to remove it before you lay your child down, or bend over for anything. If you don't,your milk will leak out all over your shirt. I have done that twice now!

I wish I had this product when my milk was first coming in, and my body was trying to calibrate itself. I could have stored up LOTS of milk!

I gave it two stars as I have not used it, but I believe it is meant to be used on the oppisite breast from the one your are breastfeeding on, seeing as t he oppoisite leaks milk as the infant is feeding off of the other. So there really should not be a time when your baby is pressed up against it.

Was useful early on in breastfeeding, when my supply hadn't regulated to how much the baby was drinking and I still leaked milk. However, after about 5 weeks, when I didn't leak anymore, there was no milk to collect. Good short-term, when that milk would all be wasted, but won't work for long for most breastfeeding mothers.

I loved the idea, but in practice, this just didn't work. Milk leaked around the opening. It was impossible to nurse my son while using this product--it was so stiff that he would squirm constantly when he was up against it & he wouldn't nurse effectively.
