My daughter wears the x-small hat, so I bought one size up for next summer. The only problem with the hat is that it often flies off her head when she's outside even though I have the elastic band pulled tight. The fabric is playful, and she received many compliments on its cuteness.

My little girl uses it to block the sun from her face and head even on the cloudy fall days when we take her and her 2 yr old brother to the park. She doesn't mind the feel and I like that it is adjustable so she will be able to wear it for some time to come.

Adorable. There is a little latch that can tighten it to keep it on. Great for beach/outdors and easier to keep on my 14 mos. old than sun glasses. Love that it has the built in SPF and coordinates perfectly with the swimsuit separates.

My one-year-old daughter keeps taking her Sun Smartie off because there isn't a strap to attach under her chin (her Solumbra hat has a two-piece strap connected with Velcro). The wind also blows off her hat. In addition, the brim seems too small to protect her face from the sun. Still, I love the fabric and style.

I have 2 daughters and bought a hat for each of them in pink. The hats are great.. The girls love them. Very practical, love the adjustable cord and the fact that they are reversible. Because the hat was only offered in one color option for girls.. and my hats are both just one size apart, in order to differentiate between the two I sewed a big button on the top of each hat so now they can each pick out their own hat in a flash.

I've been looking for a sunhat for my daughter for a long time and could never find one that fits her. Her hair is thick and curly and she has a lot of it and no hat would ever cover it all. Love that it a cute daisy design(have gotten tons of compliments) and has SPF 50 built in. A must have.

We had to reorder, due to size, and are now happy. The hat could provide more sun protection for the face, and have a vent or two in the head area. Let's just say we haven't found anything better, since she outgrew the water/sun hats at [...] and we can't buy them anymore. We did follow the size chart, and measured our daughters head according to the instructions. However, the hat was too small and fell off her head all day. She cried every time it came off. We reordered and now it fits, although they are giving me some trouble getting my refund. Somebody was supposed to call me back this week, but they haven't. Sigh.

I love these hats! I bought one for both my 4-year-old and 5-month-old. They fit well... I ordered a large for my son, and it's a little roomy... good for next summer too! I like how at the pool the hats keep their faces shaded. I also love the "adjustability" of them. It will keep us wearing them longer. I'd definitely recommend to others!
