Do not buy this slide. I regret paying the [$] for this slide as it has not lasted. The slide component started leaking air from the first use. We have used it a couple of other times after patching it but honestly the slide is more patch than original plastic. We cannot keep the air in it anymore and have decided to throw it away. Save your money and buy something else.

We ordered this for our two grandsons, ages 5 and 2. They loved it and it was the hit of the neighborhood...for one day! Then the seams came apart at the bottom and it no longer held air. My daughter shipped it back--no hassle with the return--and it was replaced promptly. But the same thing happened with the second water slide, so we had to return it for a refund. Very disappointing that this product was not up to the usual standards for One Step Ahead.

My daughter received this as a birthday gift in May. We finally were able to use it a couple of months later. The first time using it (three kids: 8, 5 & 3) it was a lot of fun. The second time using it one of the water tubes blew up rendering the water arch useless. The kids figured it'd still be fun without the arch. Then during the third use the seems began popping rendering the entire thing useless.

But, I did call customer service and they are kindly sending out a replacement.

My kids (22 months and 4) were so excited to get this put together and ready for use! They had a great time with it for about 2 uses, the 3rd time, we noticed holes in the slide. I had read reviews that this could happen, but I thought my kids were small enough and it would be ok. The product can still work as a slip and slide, it just doesn't have the cool slide at the start of it anymore.

i liked the product when we used it the first time. my son - 20 months old loved the water coming out of the sprinkler and played the whole day with our friend's kids. however, the arc wouldn't stay up with the strong wind in our backyard and we were trying to keep it up the whole time. also, it was hard to let it dry especially the part where you inflate the inside with water. then the next time we opened it and put it up so the kids can play again, one part wouldn't inflate. my husband was trying to blow it up with the blower and he discovered a tear/hole so that the thing wouldn't inflate anymore and the sprinklers wouldn't work anymore too. too bad... definitely not worth the price. bought it when it was still [$]. arrrrgggghhhh!

Was excited to get this for the kids' summer. The only assembly problems I had were with the hoses - the instructions weren't very clear on how they went together. After it was inflated the kids used it for about 20 minutes before it was flat. I found a place in the seam where it wasn't fused. I called and they replaced immediatley [...]. Before I sent it, I wanted to make sure it was dry so I emptied it and let it sit overnight. It seemed to become a target for the birds because I couldn't keep it CLEAN. I ended up sending them both back because I was not ready to clean up after the birds every time the kids wanted to play in it. They gave me a credit for the purchase which was ok with me because there were other items I was interested in on the site. Great customer service!

Got this for my 4 year old grandson. Thought it would be fun for him, but the pool ring had a leak in it the first time I aired it up. Could not find the leak to fix it. Also the sprinkler seam ruptured after connecting the hose. Would have returned it if I could have gotten it back in the box. Will toss it! Don't waste your money.

i bought this slide for my son for his 3rd birthday party, we had about 4 other 3 year old kids over, they each took turns going down the slide but by the end of the party(3 hours later) the slide had a tear in the seam!!!!! we tried to patch it but air was still comming out and then, another seam busted open! i payed[$]for this slide and it lasted 3 hours. my son and i were very disapointed. its very cute but it does not last!!!!!

We just returned our second Safe Ride Water Slide. Both lasted only one use, one breaking in under an hour, from use by a 2 and 4 year old. Looked like a good idea but fell short. But, Customer Service was very polite and helpful in facilitating the returns.

I was very excited to have my children use this product but the seams kept splitting on the slide and the arch over the slide and the water pool at the end of the slide did not hold the water in. This is the first product I have been unhappy with. I will hestitate purchasing another water product. We had to use a sprinkler get the slide wet because the seams of the arch broke and did not work anymore. Also, the seam on the slide itself broke open.

This was a wonderful idea and design that somehow missed the boat. Purchased for two little girls (ages 3 & 18 mo.). They loved it! BUT within the first few hours the slide began to lose air and a seam tore in the arch. The patches enclosed were of no value at all.Several trips to the hardware store yielded no help. We had to constantly reinflate the slide. I am sending the product back.Bottom line-inferior plastic;way too light weight even for little ones.

This water slide did not make it 10 minutes. We have a 3 year old and an 18 month old who were very excited about using this water slide. Unfortunately the water sprinkler feature did not work well, after a few minutes very flimsy seams just tore open. The kids just ran through the regular garden sprinkler instead. Please don't waste your money on this poorly made product.
