My son (3 years old) absolutely loves this! He enjoys the colors and the variety of blocks that he can build his cities with. Also, I love that he can play with the pieces without building a city on the board. He's very imaginative and usually begins his own play with the pieces. I do wish that they had more people though. It seems at times he'd like to play family with them, but there aren't enough! When he plays with this, it gives me enough time to clean the bathroom or do mommy things in the mirror until I'm ready to bathe him.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew's second birthday. My brother called to tell me that his son loves this toy and plays with it every night during bath time ever since he received it.

Cute idea but the platform part is kind of warped and it's pretty difficult to build on it... especially with it floating on the water. I think my 2 year old son lost interest in it for this reason. Sometimes he'll take the pieces out and play with them on the side of the bathtub but in my opinion it is impossible to build a city on the platform.

My 2.5 yr old daughter was tired of all the boring old bath toys & then I found the Rub-a-Dub Build a City. My daughter absolutely loves this bath toy. She can create the city how she wants & now when bathtime is finished, she actually helps to put all the pieces back into the storage mesh bag that's provided. What a fantastic toy - I only wish I could find more like it. Thank you One-Step-Ahead for making bathtime fun again for my daughter. She's loving this product.
