My children and I love Signing Time, and the flashcards are wonderful. I have never seen flashcards that made sign language so easy. The pictures are bright and colorful. Each sign is photographed so that the customer gets a clear idea of how to sign the word. Our cards have held up beautifully, and with triplet boys that's hard to do!

I first heard about Signing Time! from my daughter when my 2nd grandson was a baby. I was immediately enthralled by the educational and entertainment value and knew I needed to add these products to my classroom resources. Several years and many DVD's later, I use Signing Time! in my classroom on a regular basis and have recommended it to hundreds of people. In addition to my students, all 6 of my grandchildren love watching Signing Time! and have benefitted by learning to sign, sing and read while expanding their vocabulary and knowledge. I love Signing Time!

I have used this dvd (there is a series of about 26 dvd's) when I discovered them with my first child 4 years ago, and I am currently using it with my 21 month old. The dvd's are so attention grabbing, with just enough repetition for effective learning. The topics are tailored exactly to my toddler's world with high frequency words and ideas that she uses daily. The flash cards are new to my house (not available when my oldest was a toddler), and my daughter loves them. We use them together and she also looks at them by herself just as she does with books. The pictures are familiar because she has seen the dvd's and the items/concepts are salient to her life. We love Signing Time and recommend it to all parents for fun and communication with your young children!!

I was blessed to find Signing Time 5 years ago when I had my first child. Now, three children later, I LOVE Signing Time! All of my children have learned to sign using the DVDs and are entralled by them. They are absolutely amazing, well worth the money, and a must have! We own Baby Signing Time 1-4 and Signing Time volumes 1-13. I love them all.

My kids were able to start using their manners much earlier because of Playtime Signs. It taught them Please, thank you, and sorry. They knew the signs and learned the concept much earlier than other kids their age. They could sign please before they could even ask for things with their words!

Everyday Signs is a fun way to entertain and educate your kids. My kids love watching Signing Time! and love signing with me. The graphics and music make it really easy to learn the ASL signs.

The flash cards are a perfect way to remember and play with your signs when you aren't watching the DVD's.

I love My 1st Signs DVD and Flash Cards.

The DVD is captivating-my kids love it. It's perfect for babies who can't talk yet. They can learn to communicate using ASL. It's so fun to 'talk' to your 1 year old.

The flash cards follow the signs taught on the DVD. They are colorful and wipe-able. It's nice to be able to take a piece of Signing Time with me when I go out.

We used this product with my daughter and she learned all her letters - upper AND lower case - by sight, sound and sign before she was 18 months old. She was recognizing words by 2 and fully reading by 3. Rachel is a wonderful entertainer, and at least one video is watched in our house every day. The songs are engaging and fun for the whole family.

I really love the bright colors on the flash cards. Both the dvd and the cards are easy to use and easy to follow along.This is a really great item for any age (even adults too). I really enjoy Signing Time dvd it is a fun and entertaing way to learn.

My two-year-old told me that she had a headache with signing. I gave her some Tylenol and she was fine a short time later. Without Signing Time she would have just cried and cried while I tried to figure out what she wanted. Tylenol would not have been one of my guesses without a fever.

Signing Time DVDs and flashcards are excellent learning tools for babies and children. "My First Signs" is a perfect place to start with some basics such as "eat" "milk" "more" which are useful in daily communication with children before they learn to speak. Our children love watching the DVDs over and over, they are fun and educational, musical and entertaining! The flashcards are a perfect tool to accompany the DVDs to reinforce learning the signs as well as literacy skills! We love Signing Time, you will not be disappointed. Once you watch one, you will come back for more!

Signing Times is one of the best shows that my children ever watched. After endlessly searching for sign language classes to take in my community, I found a Signing Time DVD at my library. I wanted to offer my children a second language and had heard that sign was easily learned and would help them communicate before they could actually speak. I was instantly hooked and so were my children (especially compared to other sign tapes I had viewed). These DVD's were my son's absolute favorites from birth. He is now 2 1/2 and still asks to watch them. He knew 50 signs by 14 months and over 75 signs and the verbal words for them by 19 months. My 4 year old daughter was very verbal by 10-12 months, so we don't consider that our son was as verbal as early. Sign really bridged the gap for us. We even purchased the Signing Times CD's for our car rides and that was really great. We sing all the songs and they sign what they know. For these ages the songs and visuals are great. We compare them to Sesame street as far as fun with learning, color effect, seeing other children interacting, etc. We truly feel that our children not only learned so much, but greatly benefited from Signing Times. You'll see.
