Kick & Coast

I purchased this product as an alternative to a bouncy seat or exersaucer. I wanted something that would engage my son while I did dishes or laundry. It is a great idea, but I did not think it was worth the money. He gets bored quickly. He has to kick very hard to initate the music. It has 2 lights that flash back and forth and two toys to look at (they don't do anything). It does a decent of job of "exercising" his legs, but I'm not impressed.

My son really liked this toy, but after only a day or so the seat was too short for him and he could no longer use it. Although he weighed only 15 lbs, he was 27 inches long and could not fit in the chair, which has a bar around the top.

We love this toy. Our 2 month old son loves to stand and jump on our laps so this toy has been perfect for him. He spends hours in it. A bouncy seat is unnecessary with the kick & coast. It also comes apart easily. We recently went on vacation and took it apart to travel. I would recommend this over a bouncy seat.

Bouncy chairs are good but most just have vibration, music and toys to reach for...that gets boring quick! This chair teaches cause and effect- the baby kicks the board and music comes on while the chair moved back. It also teaches the baby to use their legs before they can stand or crawl. My 4 month old LOVES it. She kicks and kicks and laughs! She is very active in the chair - unlike boring bouncy chairs. The chair also has vibration and fun play or soft music options. The baby doesn't have to be active - she can just sit there too!

My 3mth old loves to kick away and this was the perfect thing for him. He seems to enjoy himself when he starts kicking. I love the fact that it helps him build some muscles in his legs

We bought this product for our daycare center. The babies love it. We tell all the parents that their babies are doing pilates.

I bought this for my 4 month old daughter and I love it. She is getting the hang of it and doesn't push herself very far yet. This is the perfect exerciser since I want to avoid the strain jumpers can put on a young infant's hips. Once she's older she can jump all she likes. Everyone who comes over wants to see our new baby pilates machine!

We are very pleased with this product. It offers a unique way for the baby to get exercise and work on leg muscle coordination. It also pleasantly surprises the baby when he kicks hard and really moves! The only con is that it can be a bit noisy when the chair is in vibrate mode. It makes a rattling noise. This mode is optional, though, so it really isn't a huge problem.
