After receiving so many gifts, I wasn't sure if my son would play with this rocket. However, once he started playing with it, there was no denying that this Rocket was a HIT!
He loads up the rocket with the astronauts and space buggy and counts down to lift off. He always has fun discovering new adventures on whatever planet he and the astronauts land on.
The figures are a great size and the space buggy is fun for him to drive. The handle is great because he can lift off and fly the rocket with just one hand.
Sometimes he pushes the button for the sound but sometimes he turns it off and makes his own sounds.
He has a lot of fun with this Rocket!
I highly recommend this toy.

The parts fall off too easily causing the rocket ship to not be complete most of the time...I would recommend but with hestitation if other little children are around the child using it

We gave this to our 2 year old for Christmas and he, along with my 4 year old love it. The doors were meant to 'break away' however, my only
dis-satisfaction is that they do to easily.
Everytime either one of my children open one of the doors they fall off. Positive to this is that they pop on easily, so other than the annoyance of constantly putting the doors back on it's a GREAT TOY!

If child is still chewing toys,the paint comes off easily,if raked w/teeth.We simply will hold it back from J.J. for 6months and try again if he has stopped chewing his toys. This is the only thing not liked.Other wise we had fun playing with this toy.

The reviews claim that this is good for an 18mo old, but my son wasn't interested in toys like the rocket until now. He's 2.5 and LOVES the rocket ship and uses his Planet Heroes along with the Little People look alike astronauts included with the rocket. I guess my only complaint is that the doors come off really easy and the plastic nub that is to keep them in place seems to wear down kind of fast, so the doors don't need much prompting before they fall off again. OH, and while my son is pretty strong for his age, I can't see a younger child able to make it 'take off' and 'fly' on their own.

My son really loves this toy. It is great for imaginative play. He loves the blast off noises and I don't find them annoying. This was definitely one of his favorite Christmas toys. We also got the space base and he plays with the Rocket and space base together.

My 3 year old son got this from Santa and it is the best gift he got. It is very durable and we love the size. Not to big or too small. He really enjoys the lift off sounds along with the count down for lift off. I shopped around a lot before the Holidays and came across this space ship and moon station and found nothing else that could compare with the price, playfulness, and quality. Thanks!
