My daughter loved the costume but its sizing was weird. The body was too small (from crotch to neck) and legs way too long. The head was big and wouldnt stay on. I had to alter all of this and my daughter is alittle smaller than average. I bought a costume so I didnt have to sew one and wound up doing it anyway.

This costume is SO cute! The headpiece is simply adorable! My 3 1/2 year old and his twin brother wanted to be animals. One chose a zebra and he REALLY felt like one! The only problem is that the size said 2T-4T. This is not the case. My son fits in 3t-4t and this one piece costume barely got up to his shoulders. Luckily, my mother can sew really well. She cut the suit in the middle, added material to the upper half and made a new waist for the pants. She also had to make the headpiece smaller- it fit an adults head. The costume still looked fabulous but never would have fit him otherwise. I would only recommend this costume for a 2 year old or if you can sew.

I purchased this item for my nephew for halloween. I ordered size 18-24mos which normally fits him and it was WAY TOO BIG, I had to have it taken in like 4 inches on each side. The zebra head was way too big also, had to readjust the velcro so it fit him snug and wasnt falling all over the place b/c its way too heavy. The torso is also very short so it didnt come up on his neck hardly. The neck and body party have a big separation between them, so I suggest putting a white turtleneck underneath. Doesnt look anywhere near as cute as on the model shown. I wouldnt purchase this one again, nor recommend it, but it was a great price...

My child loved the costume, and we made it work with some adjustments. The sizing was completely mismatched between the bodysuit and the zebra head. My child is of average size, and the bodysuit was too small, while the head was too big.

My daughter wore this on Halloween. It was absolutely adorable and cuter than the ones I have seen in the stores. Bad thing was that the inseam was not sewn together or the seam had come out. I didn't realize it until we were on our way out the door and I had to pull out the sewing machine and fix it. The head was too big also, which I find odd since my baby has a pretty big head. It kept flopping around. I bought the Tiger costume too and the construction was ok on that one.

I ordered this for my 4 yr old son for Halloween and really, it didn't fit. We were able to squeeze him in to go out for trick or treating, but it was rather embarassingly small. Just be sure to order bigger than you think you need.

I've bought the Zebra as my daughter loves this animal. The costume looks cute, but the head of the zebra just doesn't stay on. She can't stay on for even seconds, so I can't see her enjoying a Halloween party with the head covering her face every second. Also, it says 3-4 Years. She just turn 3 and it is too short for her. Now I will have to run to the stores and luckily I will find anything good for her party tomorrow...

My son really wanted to be a zebra for Halloween and I was excited to receive this costume after reading the reviews. My son is 2 years old and 36" tall. The costume itself is to short in the crotch for him. The hat/headpiece is way to big. The zebra head just falls forward over his face and does not fit him at all. I am very disappointed. [...] It is not even worth sending it back.

The design of the costume is great. I ordered the 2-4T size for my 18 month old son who is 33 inches tall and 27 pounds. The body is a good fit but the head is huge! Even after safety pinning it, it still was large and wobbled about.

My 4 year old daughter picked this costume after looking through two catalogues. She is quite small for her age (still wears her 3T pants from last winter). This costume is very cute and seems good quality, but looks too small on her. I also agree with other reviewers about the head, it is large enough for an adult to wear. It looks really nice, but won't stay on top of her head. Luckily we happen to have a zebra eye mask she can wear with the costume....
