Great for those who want to keep toddlers in the crib size mattress as long as possible. I just got this for my 2 year old as she started climbing out of the crib. This product looks nice and so far seems very sturdy as she holds onto as she climbs in and out of the crib. Worth the money as a traditional bed rail is far too big and takes up some of the mattress space. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I AM SO.........GLAD I COULD FIND SOMETHING FOR ONE OF MY TWIN GIRLS' BEDS SHE SO......NEEDED THIS RAIL HER BED CONVERTED TO A DAY BED BUT DIDN'T COME WITH A RAIL, SO IT WAS NICE THAT I FOUND THIS ONE. HER BED IS A BIT TO TALL OFF THE GROUND SO I NEEDED THIS RAIL TO WORK.

WE had been using a pillow at the foot of the bed, after ordering the side bed rail when we first got our sons "big boy bed", a twin size. He has been very active in his sleep, so we now have added a rail at the foot of the bed as well. Works great! Easily removes for making the bed, then snaps in to keep child safe.

Once I had it put together it was great! My daughter loves being able to get in and out of bed on her own. Unfortunately, I am more of a "visual" person when it comes to putting things together so it would have been helpful to have pictures of the assembly steps included with the instructions that showed how the pieces fit together and which direction to point them.

This is a great product!! My son is able to get in and out of bed on his own. The color does not match his bed but that could be easily fixed with some stain. It was really easy to assemble and it hooks to the mattress. The only thing I do not like about this rail is that when my son is "playing" in his bed before falling asleep he sometimes pushes against the rail and his bed. The rail moves creating a gap between the bed and mattress. I check on him when he falls asleep and fix it but this has only happened twice and we have had the rail for about 4 months. I also agree with prior posts it is pricey and if I could have found one cheaper I would have gotten that one.

I use it as a transition for my toddler. He now is able to get out of his baby bed safely, since it is turned into a day bed with the added protection of the bar.

My daughter is 20months and we only used a co-sleeper up until this point. Well she was just too big for it, but we didn't want to put up a crib. I had a toddler bed for her, but she had fallen out of it. Once I saw this I knew it would work, and it has. She can still safely climb out, but I don't have to worry about her falling out. It was a little difficult for me to put together, but definitely do able. I am really happy with it.

This was the only guard rail I could find that could go with any toddler bed which is great for future use. The price was higher than I would have like to pay and I found it a little confusing on how it attaches to the bed but other than that I could not be happier. Does it's duty great! I would definately recommend.

After our 19 month old began climbing out of the crib, we purchased this bed rail because we wanted him to be able to get out on his own, but not roll out while asleep. This bed rail is the perfect solution for toddlers not ready for a "big boy/girl bed."

This rail has definitely helped our toddler transition from her crib. It allows her to get in and out of bed easily but keep her in bed when she moves around at night.

We installed this on our 21 month old son's convertible crib and it is the best thing we bought. When we converted his crib to the toddler bed he kept falling out (at the time I had laid cushions and pillows on the floor)and one night I found him in the corner crying because he couldn't find his way back to bed. I looked at all kinds of stores for a bedrail to attach to the crib. Nobody carries them. I was sort of at my witts end. They have all kinds for twin beds and such but none for the convertible toddler beds. Then I finally found this one online. Since we have installed the rail he has slept great and I feel good knowing he will still be in his bed in the morning!!!!!!! I love this product.

We are very glad that we got this bed rail. After a few falls out of the bed, we feel much better now that our daughter is being "caught" by this bed rail. I like that it is truly convertible, it was easy to assemble and looks good. It is a bit pricey, that would be my only negative comment.

The bed rail is sturdy and doesn't require any tools to put together. My son can get easily out of bed without any problem.
