I bought this CD to drown out the sound of my husband when he wakes up at 5 a.m. to get ready for work. THe baby was waking up at 5 a.m. every morning. Now that I started playing this CD, my baby wakes up closer to his normal schedule (about 6:30 - 7 a.m.) It is also very soothing, and it has helped my 6 month old fall asleep faster at night, and when he wakes in the middle of the night, he goes to sleep on his own without any problems. I play this on repeat all through the night. i only wish it has less musical notes, and more just heartbeat sounds. It has been quite helpful for my family.

I am not sure if it is the CD or his age but I will assume it is the CD. He is 13 months old and has always been put to sleep by me nursing him and he sleeps with me. I have just started putting him in his crib after he nurse's and before he falls a sleep and he hasn't cried too bad. The womb sounds really work for him.

I tried this cd in several different cd players around our house. It seemed to calm our baby the best when it was played in our living room on our large sound system with great bass. I was very surprised to discover that he also enjoyed it bein played from my laptop when he was laying really close to it. All babies are so different but this product has worked really great for us. Our son was only a month and a half when he first got sick with fever. During that time he really wanted to be held close and this product also helped a great deal. Overall, it has been an awesome purchase!

I am not sure if it is this product or the gripe water, but my two month old now sleeps 5-7 hours at night at a time. I started them both on the same day. We had another lullaby heart beat CD before that was soooo annoying. Since our baby sleeps in our room, this helped us get to sleep too! The other one kept us up and it was irritating! This CD is great and soothing!
