This is my favorite baby purchase this time around. It gives me the freedom to spend time outside with my older two kids and not feel like my newborn is getting eaten by mosquitos! The only negative is that it doesn't fit my Graco Safeseat as good as I would have hoped. It's not quite wide enough, so I have to use a rolled receiving blanket or burp cloth to make sure the bugs can't get in.

I got this item for the carrier and use it almost everyday at my older son's football practices and games. It keeps the bugs off, protects if it rains, and the baby can still enjoy the outdoors without losing the view. I love the zip open / close on the netting for easy access to attend to the baby. It installs in seconds and it compacts down to the size of a frisbe into a zip close case that I always keep on the stroller handle. The best accessory I have ever bought!!! I wish they had this when my other 3 were small.

The picture in catalog/web was misleading. This might work for a newborn but the product is ssmall and appears to fit very closely to the car seat I think my 5 month old would feel like she was in a coffin and be unable to move. I'm returning the item

You really won't be disappointed with this product. Prior to this purchase, we used a cheaper less effective protector (clip on). It was not worth the money. This one is sturdier, more effective and much more practical. We find it's so useful in the car. No matter what we tried, we could never keep the sun off of our baby while driving. THIS WORKS PERFECTLY, and he can see through it! I thought he'd be scared with the mesh netting over him, but it's never an issue. Don't bother with any cheaper models. Buy this one the first time around!

So far so good. We live in a buggy area & I wanted to protect my daughter from bug bites & the elements. I haven't tried it in the rain yet. love this cover. My only complaint is that the carseat handle is a bit hard to access w/the cover on.

used on front of stroller left small gap on side but helped with the sun and a little shower. it is great for infant in back seat as the shades on car windows doesn't completely protect the baby.

Product worked great on our recent vacation to Mexico. I was very concerned about my 4 month old burning in the sun and I didn't want to slather her in sunblock every 5 minutes. I was able to use this shade on the car seat and keep her cool and shaded. I was also able to use it with just the stroller as an additional canopy - it worked great. One of my favorite new products!

I'm very happy with this product! I have a graco infant snugride car seat and it fits on it perfect. I got it to protect my son from mosquitoes during the summer, but it also protects from the sun and rain.

Instructions were not included so it took a few trys to set it up. Also, still don't know how to fold and put it away.

This is the best universal sun shade around. I can't imagine any infant car seats it wouldn't fit. I've recently purchased my 5th infant car seat and this shade would have fit all my others too. The best feature is this shade stays in place unitl you remove it. It works like a shower cap. Pretend the car seat is a head and the shade is a shower cap. You literally take the well made flexible shade, stretch the elastic of the sun shade around the edges of the car seat and there you have it! It's that easy! It's a far cry from the ill fitted flimsy canopies provided by car seat manufacturers. Also, it protects baby from the elements with ease and efficiency, and allows for plenty of air circulation too. I'm sad this wasn't available with all my other kids. A must have on ALL parents registry/wish list!

We did a lot of research before we bought this sun shade, and it is perfect! It installs easily with an elastic band and wonderfully blocks bugs, sun, rain, and even nosy people when out in public! We are very happy and would recommend it to everyone.

We purchased this cover after a crazy rainy May! What drew me towards the cover was the fact that it was also a bug protector. Our daughter was born in April so is still young and I didn't want the bugs to get her. But we live a wild life being that we have a 6 year old also. I also didn't want to be stuck inside. We took our daughters to an amusement park and while our older daughter played all day our baby stayed cool in the shade in her carrier. I kept checking on her because I thought for sure she would be getting hot but nope!

It goes on and off the carrier in a snap. I have used it for walks and everything.

The only think I would change is that I would like the zippers on the bug cover to go father back on the cover. At this point they are only half way back from the bottom. I am using it with a Chicco KeyFit 30 carrier and a BabyTrend carrier frame stroller. I am thinking if I was using a different stroller it might be easier to get our daughter out of with the zipper the way it is.

But we LOVE it!

We haven't used it is the rain yet...but I am sure she will stay dryer than without it!

I love this product. Wish they would have had something this simple with my own children. Let's you keep the baby covered without the worry of lack of air circulation.
