Simple and easy to use to hold bifold doors in place to prevent little fingers from getting between the doors. However, at [$] each, it adds up very quickly for a piece of plastic, but it is effective so I'd pay it to prevent an accident.

My 2 year old gets into everything. We have bi-fold doors on our kitchen pantry. This is extremely easy to use, just slips on top, and then slides back and forth. I am only 5ft tall, and I can easily reach the handle. I wish I had bought two, so I would have one for our hall closet as well.

Great, easy to use bi-fold door lock. Clear plastic makes it less noticeable on the door. These have been very effective in our home. Only time they don't work is when we forget to move the lock back in place ;)

take it out of the package and put it on your door. Easy to use. Easy to use the door. To unlock the door you just slide the lock over. Nothing hard or difficult about it! My three year old and One year old wont EVER get their fingers pinched in the closet door again!!! If you have bi-fold doors and children you MUST have this item!!!!!!!

Bought this for our double (french door style) pantry doors. Nothing else worked very well. The handle is too flimsy, doesn't work well, but unless you are very short, it works great w/o the handle. Save a few bucks and buy w/o handle.

I just LOVE this lock! It is so easy to use and kids can't reach it! My son has a habit of trying to get into everything possible! This keeps him out of our closets and keeps his little phalanges (fingers) safe and unharmed! I only bought two originally for our downstairs hall closet - I'm back on the web site now purchasing them for all of our upstairs bedrooms. If it keeps him safe, it's well worth the money - after all, it works!

This is a simple effective lock for a bi-fold door but we do not use it. Yes, it kept my toddler out of the closet but this door happens to house supplies that we use frequently. I found that unlocking it every time I needed to get in the door extremely frustrating. Other safety locks, I could use quickly and easily in my home but this one did not become easier with time for me. So for a bi-fold closet that you simply want to keep closed and not use very often, I would say it would be a 5-star application but for a door that needs to be opened and closed many times a day, I would not use it.

Seeing how simple this is, it maybe shouldn't cost as much as it does, but that's my only complaint about the product. It successfully keeps our toddler out of the pantry.

I gagged at the price for what I got but found it to be worth every penny. I may have been able to make my own version, but the material and design fits my doors perfectly and doesn't scratch the paint. The drop-down handles are a must for the vertically challenged. My 2-yr old has tested this product extensively and I have not been disappointed with it.

I bought this for my 2 year old and it also works to keep my dog out of the closet, so it has 2 purposes! I love it and would recommend to parents of kids and dogs.

We got this to prevent the cats from opening a bi-fold door to a bedroom. It is easy for an adult to slide over the hinge area, from either side of the door, yet prevents the cats from opening it.

This is a simple cuff of clear plastic that fits over the top of the door. When it is over the hinge area of a folding door, the door cannot open. It works exactly as described! The handle shown is not actually necessary, although convenient. You can slide it without the handle, from both sides, which is important when you have a bi-fold door between rooms!

It suits our needs perfectly.

Works great! My only issue is a small one. The slide rod on the top isn't long enough for non adult family members to reach. My eight year old needs help in and out.
