I was very hesitant to use a bumper at all because of the risk of CO2 buildup and/or suffocation, but I feel like this bumper does not have that risk. It is very breathable and slightly cushioned. Our 16-month-old kept getting his legs stuck in the slats of the crib, but not with this bumper. However, I can't see anything through the material and because it is so light-weight, he can squish it down with his legs.

This did not fit well at all. The description says that it's recommended for beds with solid sides. Not the case at all!

When putting this bumper on a convertible crib, there is no way to minimize the two-inch gap that appears on each side of the smaller piece. This gap does not show in the picture. While I understand that it must be made in two pieces for cribs with the front piece that lowers, I wish they made two versions of it: one for cribs that need a separate front piece and one for cribs that do not have a side that lowers (a convertible, solid crib).

Really love this. Travels well and I just feel safer using this. Easy to apply and I liked this product so much I have ordered the sheet and like it just as much. Very breathable. Their website shows that they are introducing some decorative ones soon.

I bought the pink bumper for my little girls crib. It is a nice pink color and is softer than I expected. It went on easily, however it was maybe one inch too small for my crib. The velcro is attached at the very tips. Not ideal, but it works.

The product was easy to use, however it doesn't fit great -- it sags where the velcro attaches and I can't get it to sit right and NOT SAG. Oh well, it's better than not having a bumper at all - My pediatrician strongly suggested that I remove my traditional bumper and replace it with a breathable bumper for SIDS prevention...this is what I did...At least it keeps my son's limbs in the crib and protects his head from bumping into the brass bars of his crib...

I am too scared of SIDS to use the "traditional" crib bumpers and this is a fine alternative...however, my baby can easily still manage to "pull" the bumper down with his legs since it's just a Velcro attachment...I must say, though, that he no longer gets his legs stuck between the slats - maybe because he is tired from pulling the bumper down!

I like this product. It allows me to feel more comfortable putting my 4 month old down in the crib. I was concerned with the pillow style bumpers that he would get his face up against the bumper and risk suffocation, as he does move around quite a bit. So these bumpers make me more comfortable. Although since they are so soft, he has gotten his legs thru the rails a few times. He is a kicker, so when he lifts his legs up and brings them down, he sometimes crushes the bumper and gets his feet out. That said, I still prefer these to the pillow style which I used with my first child.

i put this in my sons Crib he was 6 months when i started using it i love love love it! my son was constantly getting his legs through the slats on the crib and crying in the middle of the night because of it he moves around so much and this definitely works!

I was afraid to get the traditional bumper pads for fear of suffocation, but I didn't want my son's arms or legs to get caught in the rails so we decided to try this breathable bumper. It did just what I wanted it to do. It's kept my baby's limbs from getting stuck and now that he is reaching toddler-hood he can't use them like a step to climb on! I only wish they were a little thicker for padding against the rails. But even so, I still love them.

This is great. Super easy to install. I like that it's two pieces so you can lower the front railing w/o it getting stuck to the bumper. Prevents my son from getting his legs or arms stuck in between the rungs.
