My daughter would always touch or hit my computer keys and my mother's laptop computers so of course we had to protect our keys with her around. But now that I got her this, she would lay next to me in my bed with her laptop typing and banging on it till her heart's content. And it keeps her attention. There is no off/on switch or volume control but I really never had a problem with volume, its not very loud. And to "turn off" the laptop, you will have to close the top down. This was a great buy, me and my computers thank you OSA.

This toy does a lot. Music, silly sounds, numbers, letters, shapes, vehicles. It keeps my daughter occupied almost long enough for me to take a shower. It almost seems as if she has one song that's her favorite. Good toy. Lot's of playing options.

I looked at several other little computers before purchasing this one. They were either for 3 and up, or if it was for a 18 month old, it was too babyish for my little guy. He really likes this one! He is really into cars, trains, planes, etc., and it makes realistic noises that he loves. He is learning his shapes, and colors. Great to hold his attention for a while.
