I bought the submarine for my 12 month old dtr and she still plays with at 2 yrs old. She loves to open the hatch and take the little man in/out. It is also a great toy to use on linoleum. I love that it is so versatile.I have given one as a gift and the parents agree it is one of their child's favorite toys.

I had been wanting a boat that actually floats in the bath. Had a little people's boat for bath & play but it would fill up with water and capsize - not very much fun. This one is fun because it has a propeller, which my son thinks is fun. He's 26 months, so I think as he gets older he will play even more with this toy in the bath.

My son loves this little submarine. When you wind it up the paddles turn to make it go in the bath, and it also has wheels on the bottom which will go on the floor too. My 18-month old son loves to take the little diver in & out of the hatch on top!

Product is best used in water. I like that you wind it up and it moves by itself throught the water. That was a nice surprise that the catalog didn't explain. My child is 16 months and doesn't grasp the concept of the toy but loves when we play with the toy with him in the tub.
I am really happy we purchased this toy for our son.

The toy is supposed to move in the bath...it is easy for a 2 year old to wind up...but very disappointing when nothing happened! The rotator turned...but the plane went nowhere..didn't work for the child or an adult...very disappointing.
