i feel so much more comfortable at night knowing my son is warm AND safe in his sleep sack. the cotton is a nice, lightweight alternative for when you want them to have some cover but not get too hot. i also bought the fleece version for colder nights.

We've used sleepsacks on our daughter since she was a newborn. She's now 16 months old and we will continue to use for at least another year. She knows as soon as it goes on it's bedtime and there's no fuss. A great bedtime routine in addition to it's safety. Highly recommend. We have the cottom that we put on her when she's wearing warmer pajamas and we have fleece ones she wears with her lighter weight pajamas. She's never too hot or too cold and she's been sleeping through the night since she was 6 weeks old. I've had no problems with the zippers with my recent purchases so maybe the quality of the zippers has improved recently. I have a few smaller ones we used to put on her that the zippers would stick and split. But, overall great product and will use on our next baby that is on the way too!

Very useful product and it kept my child warm during the very cold winter of WA. It gives me peace knowing that this product keeps him warm all night no matter when he turns at night. And no need for blankets which helps on the reduction of SIDS! I would definitely recommend it!

I've used fleece Halo sleepsacks for years now and this is our first cotton. It is perfect for the summer nights. Our baby wears cotton long sleeves and long pants or short sleeves and shorts under the sleepsack to adjust to our weather. It is a little looser around the neck than the fleece sacks, but still fits fine.[...]

I like the idea of the sleep sac but as soon as my daughter started wiggling she would end up with it around her face. That kind of defeats the purpose. I would recommend this for new born and then switch to ones with legs for babies who move allot.

This product has kept both of my boys warm, cozy and safe. No worry of getting tangled in blankets, also helps keep my youngest from climbing out of his crib. I only use it at night because he will nap forever if he's in his sleep sack. Great quality - I used the same sleep sacks for both of my boys. I am ordering two more because the youngest is much bigger than his brother, who outgrew the sleep sack while he still fit into a size large. I have also given these as gifts to several of my friends.

I love these! My baby is 20 months old and still moves from one end of the crib to the other while sleeping. There is no way he could keep covers on! I never worry if he is chilly at night! And remarkably, he could always stand up and walk in these without tripping, (and these do not even have ankle openings!) so I never worried about him tripping and hitting his head on the edge of the crib. He can even walk on the floor wearing it!! Easy to put on, I just lay it face up in his crib and lay him it, insert arms and legs and zip up!!! Putting it on signals sleeptime is starting! I love that they have cotton for the warmer months and fleece like for the winter. He has been using them since he was a newborn. This is worth the money....he grew out of each size before they ever wore out!! Super convenient too...when traveling you don't have to pack bulky blankets!!

We have used sleep sacks ever since my son was born. (He's 8 months now.) We used fleece in winter and now cotton for summer. I agree with another reviewer who said the cotton shrinks, but I don't think it's enough to make the sleep sack not fit. My son is in the Large now and I plan to continue using them until he completely outgrows them. He's a wild sleeper and I never have to worry that he'll be without blankets. One less thing to worry about!!

I love putting my baby in a sleep sack at night, for her comfort, warmth, and, most important, her safety. However, this particular sleep sack does not fit as well as others. The arm holes are too snug, and not adjustable. The upside-down zipper makes it difficult to put on and take off as easily, and the neck opening is too tight and rubs on the baby's face and nose, causing discomfort to the baby.

We got this sack for our two month baby boy and he has slept all night long ever since (like a baby). He used to move around and throw his blanket all over the place and that would make him wake up in the middle of the night. The sack keeps him warm and he sleeps without interruption and sometimes sleeps even longer that we would like to. We feel safer also. I would recommend it to all parents.
