These were not at all what I was expecting. Trite little ideas for teaching a baby - most of which are common sense. I'm also concerned that one of the cards suggests using a paper towel tube as a "toy delivery system." Toys small enough to slip through a paper towel tube should never be given to a small child!

This wasnt at all what I expected. Should have read the label more carefully. Was disapointed. The ideas really arent that practical for practical moms.

Lots of great ideas. I've got three baby play books and these cards had original ideas that are easy to implement. Love them.

When I bought this product, I thought it was flash cards. But when I opened it, I realized it is basically cards with ideas for fun and different ways to help with your child's developmental stages. Each card is labeled with the appropriate age group - which I love since its a good guideline for parents. And each card describes an idea for a fun way to teach your child or help him/her learn. I am not a mom yet, but did get a chance to flip through them and although I may not use all of the ideas (some of them are common sense, some of them require some prep work, etc), I definitely know they will come in handy on those days when I run out of my own ideas or when I need a good reminder!

I was looking for ideas for activities that would both teach my 23 month old son, as well as provide entertainment for him. My husband drives to a night class Monday through Friday, and nights alone with our son (without the car to take us anywhere) have been very long. Especially since it is winter now, and it's dark outside by the time that I get home from work. I was struggling, trying to keep our son and myself from getting cabin fever. These cards arrived, and they provided ideas that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The suggested activities use items that I already had in my house. They are interesting and challenging for him. I highly recommend this product.

These cards are what I was hoping for when looking for indoor activities for my 2 year old now that winter is coming. There are a lot of great ideas that use simple items from around the house or inexpensive items that are easy to get. We liked the ballon rocket (uses tape, string, balloon and a straw) and the stuffed animal toss (uses small blanket and stuffed animal). It's a fun way to interact with toddlers and has original and refreshing activities. I'm happy with the purchase.
