The bibs tend to curl up a bit around the edges at the beginning but not as much after they have been washed a couple of times. The velcro definitely keeps it closed. It might be a bit too much for the bib. When I try to take it off a sleeping baby, it wakes her up every time.

Love these little bibs! Only caveat, make sure that the velcro is closed when washing or the velcro will pull strings out on the terry cloth.

the size is perfect, other bibs too long and too thin. it's thick but could be a little more absorbent considering it's a dribble bib. would prefer a snap over velcro. used these with first child as well. i LOVE these bibs!

This is a great bib for those babies who are not drooling like crazy, i.e. teething. At times like that you need a bunch of lined bibs and will go through a bunch each day anyways. For the rest of the time, this is a great bib as it protects just under the chin and lets you actually see your baby's cute little outfit. I highly recommend.

I thought it would be a good product for my 5 month old who is teething but the bib is too tight around the neck so it looks pretty uncomfortable.

STAY AWAY!!! This product is USELESS. You get a bib to keep your childs clothes from getting soaked from drool. Do not buy this product, cause it does not do any good. The size was great, but it needs a plastic backing or something. My 5 month old has been drooling like crazy. So I got these bibs to keep his clothes from being all wet. It did not work, his clothes were still soaked.

I have two 7-month-olds (they were preemies) who are non-stop drool machines. I thought these bibs would be great for 2 reasons: 1) you can keep turning them as the bib gets wet, and 2) it's nice they are short and neutral so you can see their cute outfits. I only really use them when we are going out so people can see what they are wearing. If they were cheaper I would buy a bunch for daily use as I do like them...they are nice and soft and do not irritate their little double chins or their necks. But the price is a bit much, in my opinion, for 2 small bibs. I might buy them as a gift for a shower, but would not recommend spending the money.

Love that it wraps around - most bibs do not protect the shoulder area, but my son slobbers equally 180 degrees. It's short enough that he forgets it's there and doesn't stuff it in his mouth. The loops in the fabric are prone to pulling out if you do not wash in net with velcro surfaces closed, but the fabric holds up nicely, and normal treating has taken out all stains, even tough ones. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit pricey, and it only comes in one color (the green is nice, but it is a bit pretty for a boy...if I had a girl I would LOVE it, it will go with casual or very pretty styles). Overall a nice purchase!

...Allows for you to see more of your little one's outfit...But with my "drooler" it becomes soaked too fast...And I end up changing her into a super-duty bib...I only bought 1 set to try...And will continue to use them...But only for those "first appearances" when she's super cute...

we love this concept
during teething my daughter's entire shirt will be soaked w/ drool and her neck gets a bumpy rash

these bigs prevent that HOWEVER they come w/ HUGE tag that irritates the skin AND the threads tend to come off

still we love them and use them everyday...just wish they didn't have this big tag rubbing on her neck (we cut it off which makes even more threads come out)
since she puts everything in her mouth, those threads CAN BE A CHOKING HAZARD... so we are careful:)

This is a great idea to have a chin bib so that the bib does not interfere with the phyical activity of the child. With that said, my daughter is teething and dribbles A LOT. This bib could not hold up to her dribbling and was soaked within a few minutes. Unlike some other bibs that have water resistant backing, this one does not and so my poor daughter's shirt was also soaking wet.

I own 10 of these bibs and my 16 month old has worn them daily since he was 3 months and began the teething process....still teething at 16 months and these bibs have held up and still fit beautifully! I have been able to use Clorox 2 to easily remove stains (which have been plenty). I love that the bib does not cover the entire outfit - perfect for drooling!!!!

yes they are a great idea but the mine came and were shorter/smaller than the picture of the little girl and seem to get in the way like a longer bib (sometimes worse since I cannot pull it down flat to stay). The velcro is really strong so if you attach it by accident to the terry, it can rip out the fabric. However they are still going strong so kudos on durability. I dont like how they get in the way though, if they were a tad bit longer they would not. I have 7 month old.

first of all these are great because they're 100% cotton since my little one has eczema, so they don't irritate her skin at all. Before I found these bibs, my daughter was wearing normal sized bibs to "catch" her drool, they completely covered her adorable outfits...These are the perfect size.
