This seems a practical item for transitioning baby into a regular crib. Making the space smaller helps babies feel cozier and secure. With twins, they are better together, but the spacer could be beneficial if you have one irritable baby and one peaceful one. No need for two bassinetts or two cosleepers - but not sure how safe this is for a baby scooching up and putting face into it.

My 4 1/2 month old son is a restless sleeper. Transitioning from small co-sleeper to crib has been hard as he flails around. This has made adjusting much easier, still not perfect, but it has been a big help.

we recently purchased the crib spacer for our newborn twins. We arranged each side (blue and pink) for our boy and girl. It has saved a ton of space due to the fact that we don't have to pull out the other crib for some time. I highly recommend this product to anyone with twins or without twins!

I purchased this item before my twins were born and I loved it. I used this in my crib while my babies were newborns. I actually used one side to lay them together and used the other side as a changing area. It made it very convenient when my friends and relatives came to help in the first few weeks.

My husband suggested this, and I thought at first that it was a waste, but I've been so glad to have it. Very convenient for making the crib cozier when the baby was very small, and for creating a separate "toy space" as she started to sit up and play in the crib. We've also found it useful in the playard for the same reason, and are now loaning it to a friend who has newborn twins.
