I found that this product is difficult to operate; you must really push the button hard to get water to spray through the shower head. For better or worse, the shower head does spray further than I anticipated it would. If you attach it improperly, your child may spray water outside the bathtub.

My 20 month old daughter loves fountains at the pool and flowing water from the spigot. I purchased this toy for bath time. I had purchased some other similar products with unsatisfactory results. She loves this one.

Initially I have to pump the sprayer and help her push the button but she loves the results. We place it at the front of the tub and with a good push it will spray to the back of the tub. I am sure as she get older/stronger she will be able to "do it herself", because we have had this toy for over a month and everyday during bath time she pushes the button and is already making it spray a little, then she will take my hand and want me to help her push. It is great bath time fun with lots of giggles as the best result.

I loved this toy, because there just aren't enough water-play toys out there to interact with in the tub, other than regular squirt toys... And it definitely does that.
However, my baby's just a little too young for it (recommended age is 18 months) - he doesn't get that the button makes the water go yet, and the button is a little hard to press (because it's sucking up the water from the tub - so it makes sense, it's just a little hard for my kiddo).
So that said - if you have a toddler over 14 months, they'd probably love this. My guys is nearly 12 months, and it's just a little over his head yet. But it'll be great when he figures it out, I'm sure!

I think that the idea for this bathtime shower is great! But when we got it it wasn't what I expected at all. I thought that the button would be easier to push. My child can't even push it to make the water come out I have too. Also I thought that the water would flow out of the shower for a few seconds. When you push hard onto the button the water comes out it doesn't keep flowing out like I thought it would.

I purchased this for my 26 month old daughter. The suction cups don't work well. The button is too hard to press and she can't do it herself. It'b been useless to us.

We could never get the thing to work. We pumped and pumped but no water ever came. Plus it was too difficult for our 2 year old to push the pump.

The tube doesn't sit well in the water if the tub is only filled for the amount of a small child. If you move it down below the ridge on the bathtub the suction cups allow the little shower to push down during operation.

This was a fun addition to bath time. My 23 month old loves it. The button is a lil hard to push for him and he is strong..but he loves when i push it and splash him with the shower spray. The shower head tilts as well.. which made it nice so i wasnt hitting him in the face with the spray.

Our oldest son loves to grab hold of the tube that brings water up into the pump that pushes it out the shower head, but other than that he is not really interested in the toy. When the water drains from the pump housing, it does not create a suction to pull water the next time and if very difficult to push to operate. He's 17 months old and it tough to move for him and very slow to reset so that it could be pushed again.

This toy would be lots of fun if it suctioned to the bathtub wall better. It tends to fall off too easily and bump my kid on the head. Also, the button for the shower effect is very hard to push for a 19 month old. He slides across the tub when he attempts to push the button, so I have to help him and this aggrevates his do-it-yourself attitude.

Thought that this would be a great bath toy for my 22 month old. . . BOY was I wrong!! I read the other reviews prior to buying but couldn't resist the idea of this product. That is the only pro-a good idea. A good product has to have an even better and functional design. I plan on getting my money back and seeking S/H reimbursement!

When first opened package,the bottom hose was very curved. Would not stay under water unless I fill alot of water in tub. I took a hair dryer and heated the plastic hose to make it as straight as possible. Now it works wonderfully!
It takes a few pumps to start, but then my 11 month old and 2 year old just have a blast with it!
