Comments about Global Marketing Shampoo Rinse Cup:
Good product. Does what it claims to do.
Bath time used to be a nightmare if hair washing was involved...this product saved our sanity! Easy to use - my daughter now uses it on herself. NO MORE TEARS
This is a great solution for washing hair in the bath, it gets all the soap out in just one or two pours but truly keeps it out of their eyes.
I was skeptical, but it really is great. But be sure to use it right the first time, otherwise if you spill water all over your baby's face, he/she will become afraid of this product and will no longer trust it. This happened to me an it took me a while to get my two year old to trust it again. Just use it just like it shows in the picture and you'll be fine.
Great- works wonders! [...]
This item is like a flexible plastic cup. Not good on 14 month babies, my girl moves her head when I put the cup to her forehead. No 100% great for kids under 2.
We got this for our 2 yr old since she won't hold still to tip her head back. It works okay, but you have to put it pretty far back on the head to get it to pour correctly. I still end up using the faucet sprayer half the time.
Its not as easy as it's shown in the picture. it doesn't hold the water from coming down to my daughter face...
The Shampoo Rinse Cup is a very nice idea for assisting in rinsing the babies hair as well as rinsing them when they are done in the tub. However, it is difficult to use for the first time with a toddler. Perhaps if you started using the cup when child is a infant so they are used to it when you try to rinse the hair then it is a much better tool, because a toddler very is active.
I have a 3 month old. I thought this would be good to avoid soap and water getting onto her face, but I really don't feel safe using it on a baby. She wriggles around a lot and all the water would just gush into her ears. The concept is good, and although it might solve the problem of water on the face, it creates the problem of water in the ears. I still use it to rinse her in general, but I don't use it as it is intended. I think that a regular old plastic cup could do the job that this does (at least in my case).
My daughter is two and hates shampooing her hair. This seemed like a great idea, with one catch: I can't convince her not to tilt her head down. Unless she tilts her head back (which she won't do), it doesn't work as intended. We still use it as a way to rinse because its convenient and practical, but it doesn't keep the water/soap out of her face.

This seemed like a good idea for my toddler who is learning to wash herself. Although she was able to use it herself and clean her hair, after a few washes I didn't want her using it because of the Mildew/Mold that grew on the rubber panel. We sent it through the dishwasher, soaked it, I even tried cleaning products on it before I finally just threw it out! Not at all worth the money.
This is an okay hair rinser. If you use it the way they suggest, you still have to worry about water not just running but gushing into your babies' ears. And if you lay your child over the edge of the kitchen sink to wash their hair (beauty parlor style) I think the pitcher is too large to give you the control to rinse soap out of a small person's head of hair. So I use it mostly to rinse his body clean during a bath. But I don't regret buying it.
I use this pitcher on my 22 month old son. I bought it 4 months' ago, but each time I poured water on his head, he would look down, which defeats the purpose as the water then runs straight down onto his face!! Now that he is a little older, I tell him to "look up at the stars" when I pour, and works fine. Recommended for older toddlers only.
Does what is supposed to do!
