I was really excited when I found this blanket but was quickly disappointed when I finally used it at the park. The nylon backing is way to slippery so the blanket bunches up when my 9 month old moves or crawls around. It even moves when I move around on it. I liked the design and the bag to carry it but am disappointed that it is not really that useful, especially since it costs about $40. I hear [...] have some better ones. My friend has one from there and no bunching or slipping.

This is a great blanket to throw over your shoulder (in the included case) and head to the park. Since carrying all of my daugher's toys, snacks, etc. weighs me down enough, I wanted a light blanket to lay down and NOT get our bottoms wet if there was a bit of dew or sprinkler water on the grass. It is also large enough to lay on and spread our things.

I agree with other reviewers about it being slippery because the top layer should be sewn to the bottom layer. I guess just be careful when standing on it. But it's something the maker of this product should think about.

First time we used it on the beach it blew away as soon as we laid it out on the sand. Just too light for a good beach blanket. We have used it in the backyard a few times and it ok when there is no wind.

I purchased the family tent and I thought that this would be a nice addition. I tried two different blankets and sent them both back. Quality was poor and there were snags in both of them when I received them. I do not think the material would be able to withstand children very well.

I was really looking forward to getting this blanket. I wanted something that was waterproof and cute. Well, it was both of those, but unfortunately it was extremely slippery. We took it to the park, once you moved at all the blanket moved all over the place. It drove me crazy! I will return this and look for something else. I also did not like "bag" it comes with. You have to fold it just right to get it in and be able to close it.

We have thus far only used this blanket at the beach with the "Sun Smarties Beach Cabana" it is the prefect size to compliment the tent. It holds up well to washing and is easily cleaned off at the beach by just shaking it out a little to get rid of the sand that kids track on it.

The design is pretty (we have the striped one) and I love the carrying case that comes with it. Makes it convenient for bringing along to the park or anywhere.

Like the material & size, but it is too bulky, Should have a better bag which could compact item better so it's easier to carry around.

Used this blanket primarily for under our Beach Tent Cabana by Sun Smarties to be able to lay the baby down for naps. The pattern is attractive and matches the tent exactly, and the material was breathable and comfortable. The blanket was a decent size to sit us all, or lay 2 adults. It washed easily and did not fade.

We wanted to use the blanket with the cabana tent. That's a no no! The blanket is way too small. We had such a mess on the beach.

This blanket is large enough for an adult and a child or two. We used it with the cabana while on vacation. I recently put it in the trunk of the car to use at ballgames and at the park. Folds up easily and stores nicely in the bag that is included.

My daughter lays on it to color so no marks get on the carpet. Its easy wash, easy carry, looks great, durable and large!

I have two that I carry in the truck at all times. They have come in handy at many events. Anywere I need to sit on the ground, I use these. They keep the elements from getting through.
