Although the gripper took a while for my daughter to get used to, they have really helped her in her handwriting progress. It makes holding the pencil a bit easier for her; giving her more control.

I bought this product for my daughter who was having difficutly using the correct pincher grasp when writing and coloring (she's nearly 4) and was still using mostly a palmer grasp..this little grip was great! It corrected her grip using it with both pencils and crayons very quickly. She loves how it feels and asks to use it now every time she is working on writing her name or coloring a picture! It's designed for use for both a rightie or leftie and gives an indication on the grip how to position it for use with both!

The lightness of my daughter's pencil lines and crayon marks has remained largely unchanged, but her grip has certainly improved! Along with her confidence in how to hold both implements correctly.

My son is almost 5, special needs and has been holding his pencil wrong. Today he finally grabbed it the right way! And the best thing is he really wanted to try it and liked it. It will be a new and happy adjustment.
Absolutely worth the money.

I got theese in mind for my 8 year old but also found them to be helpful for my Rhumatoid Arthritis hands!!! Writing was such a pain but now is easier and more comfortable!

I used to use these to help me hold my pencil correct when I was little. My 5 yr old son was having problems holding the pencil correct so I was excited to see that they were still around. He has been using them and being sucessful.

there are helpful for toddlers who are learning to grip a pencil but, they can be a little bulky for a toddlers small hand.
