Please measure your door before ordering.

For Odd-Size Doors

An odd-size door will accept a screen up to 1" wider. For example, for a 29"W door, order the 30" screen. (Please note: if the size difference exceeds 1"W, the screen will not fit--i.e., a 30"W screen will not fit a 28"W door.)

You may also use a screen up to 1" smaller than a door. For example, a 36" screen will fit a 37" door. However, the hook 'n loop anchors will not grip the door jam as securely, so this is not recommended for high-traffic doors.

For French Doors and Double Doors

We have sizes to fit 4 ft., 5 ft, and 6 ft. French doors and double doors.

If you use only one door, we recommend a reversible screen, available in 60" and 72" widths. This will allow you to close both doors without removing the Bug Off screen.

You may also choose a smaller 30", 32", or 36" screen, mounting it between the doorjamb and the door that stays closed. In this event, you will need to remove the screen when you're ready to close both doors. However, it only takes a minute to take down the screen, roll it up, and store it away.

For Sliding Doors

In most cases, the door that slides open is half the width of the entire glass door area--so order a 30" screen for a 5 ft. (60") door, or a 36" screen for a 6 ft. (72") door. However, please measure to be sure.

Be sure to measure the height of the door as well as the width. The screen must clear the bottom track in order to open and close properly.

Many people use both the Bug Off screen and their sliding screen together. Bug Off can be installed in the track between the glass door and the sliding screen, and will not obstruct the operation of either one.

It was super easy to instal and does what it's suposed to, keep bugs out! however I wish there were more magnets in center or even a long one along the split for those furry ones that come in from outside on a run :)

This is great for the summer, keeping MOST of the flies out of our house as the kids run in and out of the yard. We also had it on the front door for a neighborhood bloc party. You can walk in and out without using your hands, leaving them free to carry things. Only thing is you need to make sure the magnets close behind you, which the kids usually need to be reminded of.

We use the Instant Bug Off Screen at our summer camp because the patio door goes directly out on our deck. It allows the grand children and dogs to go outside without opening the screen. This is our second screen. We literally wore the other one out after five years of use.

The only problem we have with the screen is at night time when the mosquitos come out and it is windy, the misquitos manage to go under the screen.

WE love this product! Our two kids age 3 and 2 were never shutting the screen or regular door. So flies and bugs would get in the house and I can't stand them!
We also have a big dog who goes in and out of the house a lot letting in bugs.
But after we put the screen up I think the bug count went down dramatically!
It's very easy to install, the kids actually think it's fun to walk through and the dog can easily get through too.
I'm thinking of getting one for our front/side door too!

These screens have saved the day! With a dog (who has walked through previous screen doors immediately upon installation and tries to open doors by himself as evidenced by the claw marks all around our exterior door latches) and a 4 and 6 year old who seem to be in and out all day long, these screens suit our needs. Since a regular screen door doesn't work for us at this time, these screens have kept out flies, mosquitos, and other flying insects pretty well. They don't fit perfectly against the sides of the doors, they gap a little, but I could easily add some extra pieces of sticky velcro to get better coverage...but I will probably never get around to that. Yes, pets and kids can freely get in and out of the door so you need to address that need too if you want to limit freedom. We use baby gates at our doors to keep our baby from toddling out of doors. That seems to work well enough for us. I will be purchasing more of these for our other doors shortly. We have had a lot of compliments from visitors about these and I have definitely recommended these because they have worked so well for us! We do have to slide and tighten the rod occasionally, as the kids tend to pull down on the screens as they walk through. Not really a big deal. Overall, awesome!

I just got done installing my screen door and it is perfect! We had broken our sliding screen door a few years ago and have been unable to afford a new one. Since we plan on replacing our old patio door soon, this was a nice way to still be able to open the slider to let air into the house. I love that it took 5 minutes to install and I can remove it at any time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a replacement for a sliding screen door.

We love these screens. They were just what we needed. They were easy to put up and the kids have been great with them. The only problem I would say for us is that the bottom velcro pieces can pull off easily but we are also using ours on french doors that have alot of foot traffic. I would highly recommend these screens.

Used on a door that doesn't have a screen door. Works well for the kids and dogs but adults need to be careful as it doesn't open wide enough at the top to easily get through. There is a thrush hold on the bottom and the screen keeps getting stuck on it and not shutting all the way. So far we have less flies and bees in the house as compared to last year.

I LOVE this screen. We like to keep the kitchen door open to the back yard and we're constantly in and out. I haven't even attached the Velcro to the door frame yet...too busy. We go in and out and the annoying flies, mosquitos, gnats don't. No problems for my 4-year-old or my 1-year-old.

My son likes to play out front and our front door is on the side of the house. So I open my garage and hung this up on the door leading from my house to the garage. It keeps the bugs out really well and was easy to install.
The top bar does not stay secure after a couple people go throuh it, but its worth it. My son can easily open it to walk through.
I also found it cheaper on another site which is dissapointing, but its worth the money.

Ok so this Bug Off is ok! It does not stick well to the sides of the door frame. But I still like it because it helps with the cats and kids in the house. Everyone can get in and out! As far as the Bugs well let's just say I have flys in my house but I do get them out lol! It was easy to do and I do like it and i'm glad I got it.
