This co-sleeper has worked wonderfully for us. We were having a terrible time getting the baby to sleep at night until we got this (she was three weeks old at that time). It was a breeze to set up and attach to the bed--took all of 15 minutes from the time we opened the box, and the first night we used it, the baby slept two three-hour stretches. I feel much safer having the baby in the room with me, but I was not comfortable with having her in bed with us, so this has been the perfect compromise. She is literally within arms reach which makes nursing at night much easier, and she seems to sleep much better in that close proximity to us. The sides of the sleeper are high enough that I don't worry about her wiggling her way out, and there are lots of convenient pockets and underneath storage so that I don't even have to get out of bed to change her diaper. This co-sleeper is also easy to pack up for travel; we have already taken it several times when we stayed overnight with family, and I think it helped that the baby could sleep in her own familiar bed. I think we will be able to use this for at least 3-4 months, maybe longer depending on how fast she grows.

I am happy with the mini. My child was born 7lbs, 3oz. and she is very happy in the mini. My sister has the regular size co-sleeper and it seems too big. I only sleep with my baby by me until they are AT MOST three months. That makes the min just right. I suppose if your baby were born very large or grew quickly the mini would "max out" prematurely but for us and our situation it is just right.

We got this for my son (now 3) when he was a newborn, and he used it until he was over 6 months. It was great to have him so close by as a first-time mom and to know that he was safe. I also loved being able to keep him in the same bed he was accustomed to when we traveled. My infant daughter sleeps in it now, and it's still holding up very well. She was a preemie who came home on a monitor, and we loved the convenience of the co-sleeper. I do prefer to tuck recieving blankets tightly over the mattress and tuck them in underneath rather than use the accompanying sheet.

I did not have this until my third baby and do not know how I survived without it. I love it. It was so easy to put up and take down, the mattress was comfortable for the baby,it came right next to your bed,there is storage beneath it. It is great if you nurse your baby, all you have to do is sit up and the baby is right there to pick up and nurse. We used this until my son was about five months old. (We had the mini co-sleeper version) I can not say enough good things about this, it is a must have for any parent.
