I ordered this for my godchild/nephew on hearing my sister-in-law was pregnant with her next child. Figured this would not only be something my brother could do with my godson, but it would help to distract "big brother" from the new baby's attentions.

Our 3 year old has used it a couple of times so far. She seems to love it, she has been asking to take a shower since we got it installed. Once installed it works well. The hose could be a little longer, and the diverter valve that comes with it could be better. It took a couple of tries to install it so that the hose didn't come out of the top. No instructions on how to attach/release the hose from the valve.

This is a great product. I was a little concerned about some of the previous reviews, but we have not experienced any of those problems. The height is perfect, the connector works great, and the suction cup stays put most of the time. Our little guy loves having his own shower at his height. The other thing that makes it great is that we have a two-head shower stall, so we dont have to switch the connector.

My 2 1/2 year old son loves this! He can be a bear sometimes to take a bath, but with this shower, he LOVES it! Sometimes I have trouble getting him out! Great invention! Ingenious!

Love the product but did have to add my own suction cup to it - the top one wasn't strong enough to hold the unit in place so I couldn't direct the water flow. The higher/closer water pressure allows quicker rinsing of shampoo - thereby using less water

Love it a lot!!! I never knew kids could get so excited to take a shower. The only draw back is the suction cup doesn't work to well with tile. Other then that....LOVE IT

I used to stoop over the bathtub to get my 3-year-old's super long hair washed, and she hated it whenever any water dripped on her face/eyes. We got this mini-shower head for her, and she was already sold just by the design itself. She first was wary to try it, but during the first shower she was squealing with delight and washing her own hair (with a little help of course). No more bath battles!

This product has had mixed reviews so I was a little scared to order it, but I'm so glad I did! My 5-year-old and not-quite-4-year-old have wanted to take showers like "big kids" but were afraid of the normal shower raining down from so high up. This attachment is exactly what we needed -- and they LOVE it! Now they beg to take showers. I love the independence that it has given to them (and me)!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit cheap and I can see it not lasting for very long. (Although it's good for the price, I suppose.) I just hope it lasts long enough to ease the kids into the transition to the regular shower head....

Bathtime was the biggest power struggle, but this shower has been a lifesaver. Our 4 yr old loves it and wants to do it all himself. He suggests bathtime now, instead of crying about it. This product has also shortened our bathtime to about 5-10 minutes instead of a long, drawn out ordeal. It is a bit hard to get it positioned just right, but if you work with it a bit before putting the child in the shower, it works just fine. Would totally recommend this product!

My husband installed this rather quickly without even reading the directions although he had done some work on a shower head before so he was already familiar with how to install it. Our 4 year old likes showers but we always had to lower the shower head for him and we got tired of it. We've had the My Own Shower head for several weeks and my little boy just loves it. He is so proud to turn on the shower himself and get started without any help from us. I was a little concerned at first that the suction cup might not stay up on our tiles but so far it has held great. We absolutely love this product and wish we had gotten it sooner!

My kids wanted this because they couldn't reach our handheld shower head. They love it because they can do everything by themselves, and when they need to set it down they can suction it anywhere!

I like the shower head and that it's height adjustable however, the hardware to attache the shower to the existing pipe was part plastic and I don't know if this will last through out the years for all my kids.
